This guide will tell you how to fix The Wiimote 1 disconnected by emulated software Error in Dolphin Emulator.
First, you have to open your Dolphin controller and go to the controller from the top of your screen. After that, set the Wiimote 1 to emulate Wiimote and then click on Ok.
Open This PC to go to the documents folder and navigate into the dolphin emulator folder. Delete the config file and restart your dolphin emulator.
Now you can play any game in the dolphin emulator without a controller issue. In case still you are facing the issue, then you need to delete the emulator and reinstall it.
