This guide will tell you how to frame Pictures/Screenshots you took (place photos on the wall) in The Sims 4. You have to take a picture, place it anywhere you want and then add a frame to it.
Take a picture
First, you will need to take a photo by pressing C on your keyboard or left-click and then tap on the Camera icon in the middle.
Place the picture
The picture will be stored in your inventory and you have to find a place where you want to place that picture. Left-click the picture and drag it to place wherever you want.
Add Frame
After that, move your cursor to the picture and tap on the Add Frame option. You can also select the colour of the frame and change the filter of the picture. You will also have the option to rotate the picture.
