You can buy Ash’s main blueprint from the market, whereas his parts can drop as C Rotation rewards in survival and defense Railjack Missions on certain planets/Proxima.
Ash’s Neuroptics can drop from the Neptune Proxima Defense and survival missions; his systems can drop from the venus Proxima. And finally, his chassis can drop from the Pluto Proxima.
It’s likely going to take you some time to get all of his parts, mainly due to how long defense and survival missions take to get the C rotation rewards. But his part drop rates themselves aren’t the lowest, so it shouldn’t take you a ridiculous amount of runs to get one of the parts.
To get the C rotation rewards in Defense missions, you’ll need to stay until at least round 20, then extract. If you’re running the survival missions, you have to stay for at least 20 minutes before extracting.
