This guide will tell you how to get Fungal Mould in No Man’s Sky.
Fungal Mould is fairly easy to get, you can get it in a similar way you can get gamma root. To start, you have to find a corrosive/toxic planet. then scan it and it says that Fungal Mould is one of the available resources on the planet.
Once you get on a planet with Fungal Mould, you have to look for giant plants called Fungal clusters which you can then pick up using the Haz mat glove. You can find them by just walking around and looking for them or you can see them by using your analysis visor.
If there is Ammonia on whatever planet you’re looking for Fungal Mould, you will need a father that uses the terrain Manipulator. You can use it to get more Fungal Mould similar to how it works with Gamma root.
You can also get more Fungal Mould by putting Fungal Mould and Ammonia into a refiner, it will give you an additional Fungal Mould with the one you already have, EX. If you put 200 Fungal Mould and 200 Ammonia in, you will get 400 Fungal Mould once the refining is done. You can also make Fungal Mould by putting Ammonia and Oxygen into a refiner.
