Firstly, you will need to go to Jobs->Versus and then to the Truck Off option.
This mission gets easier if you have a friend as the settings, in that case, do it with the same settings. If you do it alone, the settings will change almost every time you go into the gameplay. It is recommended to do this mission with your friends. Once you get to the Menu screen, ensure that the Clothing is set to classic and Team Balancing is turned Off.
When the mission starts, you will need to change your Versus Outfit to Justice and get on a team that has a cop outfit.
Go to the Interaction menu, select the Start menu and turn Illuminated Clothing to On.
Once you get kicked off from the Truck, you have to load back into the free mode. You will notice that you have the cop outfit now. You can further change your boots from the Clothing option.
If you change your pants or boots, you should keep in mind that you will not be able to come back into the cops’ clothing as they don’t get saved.
