Thrax plasm can mostly be acquired by killing Thrax Centurions and Thrax Legatus, which spawn quite frequently in the void cascade missions on the Zariman, which is going to be your mission to farm for Thrax plasm.
Each time you start an exolizer, a Thrax will spawn in, and as you purge the exolizer, more Thrax will spawn. Since this is an endless mission type, you keep farming the Thrax until you’re ready to leave, as long as you keep the cascade level low.
Also, the Thrax has a fairly high chance of dropping Thrax plasm when they are killed. So it shouldn’t take long before you start getting Thrax plasm.
