First, you have to boot up your game and then click on Options. After that, tap on settings and then click on Audio.
Now you have to scroll down and under voice chat, you will get an option called Voice Chat volume. To increase the volume, you have to move the slider to the right side, and to decrease the volume, you need to move the slider to the left side. In case you are having a problem with your mic, then you have to reduce the open mic recording threshold. You can also increase or decrease the microphone volume.
