- You will need to exit the homestead and head to the front area.
- Look for the Estate Management sign in the front area of your homestead and interact with it.
It will display the required Homestead rating you need to achieve in order to upgrade to level three. - To raise your Homestead rating, you’ll have to build more structures and complete more quests within your homestead area.
After that, you will unlock the recipe for the simple cabinet. It will allow you to store 18 or 20 items.
- Once you’ve got the recipe, go to the Construction workbench and select Store at the top.
You will find a simple pine cabinet and a simple cabinet. It is recommended to go for the simple cabinet.
