This guide will let you know how to download and install Animated Capes & Cosmetics Add-On For MINECRAFT PE. Go through the guide, and follow the simple steps to do so.
Step 1
First, you will need to download the file from the following link.

When you open the link, you have to scroll down till you find the .mcpack link of the file to download, as shown in the image below.
Step 2
You have to click on that link, and it will automatically start the download. After downloading it, you have to go to the Google play store and download the Zarchiver application. Open it up, and then go to the downloads folder, and there you will find your downloaded file, as shown in the image below.
Click on the file and tap on the arrow sign next to the View option. And then select the Minecraft option.
Step 3
It will open up your Minecraft game, and you will get the notification of import successfully on the top of the screen.
Step 4
Now you have to make sure that your internet connection is connected; click on your profile button and click on the edit character option. You will need to go to the fourth tab, “capes”, as shown in the image below.

Then you have to select the cape and go back to the main page. You will need to click on the Play button, create a new world, and change the game mode from survival to creative.

After that, swipe up on the left side, and click on the Behavior Pack option. Then you have to click on My packs and activate the Animated Cosmetics, as shown in the image below.
After activating it, You have to click on the settings icon next to the Activate button. When you click on it, you have to change it to the Chroma Diamond Armor.
Step 7
After that, you have to press the create button, and it will take a few minutes to generate your world. When your world is created, you will need to go to your inventory and select the armor from there, and all of the armor is converted into RGB because of changing the setting to Chroma Diamond Armor. When you equip that armor, you will see that your character armor is animated, as shown in the image below.

You will need to click on the pause button located on the middle top of the screen and select the last option, “save and quit”, as shown in the image below.
Step 9
You have to click on the edit option of the world you created and go to the Resource Packs. You will need to open the active packs option and then open up the settings of the Animated Cosmetics pack. You have to change the setting from Chroma Diamond armor to Charged Creeper cape, or you can also select any other if you want.
Step 10
After that, you have to click on the Play button. When the game starts, you have to change the camera angle, and then you will get the cape automatically on your back, as shown in the image below.
Step 11
And if you want to change the cape, you have to do the same process again. First, you have to save and quit the game, and then you have to go to your world setting, and there you have to select the cape you want, and after that, you have to click on the play button, and then you have to change the camera view, and there you will see your cape on you back.
