3. After that, enter the extracted file and open the GTA5 main directory.
4. Now copy the Update folder and paste it into the mods folder. Then go back to GTA5 main directory and again enter into mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks.
5. You have to drag “Ikx3gtone” file into Gta5 main directory.
6. Then open your Open IV and enable the Edit mode. Then go to Mods > Update > Update.rpf > Common > Data, left click on dlclist.xml and tap on edit.
7. Next, copy the following line from dlclist.xml file.
8. Press Enter button on the last line to create a new line and paste the copied line there.
