Step 1:
The first thing you will need to do is open up the following link.

Go to files and download both main and model files.
Step 3:
Once done, you have to unzip the files into each folder using Winrar/7Zip.
Step 4:
After that, copy the contents of the two folders to your dark soul S3 Game Directory.
