This guide will let you know how to install the [ELS] LSPD Legacy Pack in Grand Theft Auto V.
1. You will need to download the [ELS] LSPD Legacy Pack from here.
2. It will give you the option of two versions. You need to choose to download the main version(1.4.0).
3. After that, extract the downloaded zip file or just open it to see the files & folders inside it. There will be a folder named “[ELS] LSPD Legacy pack”.
4. You need to open the “Open IV” Application, enable “Edit Mode” and select Yes when a pop-up window appears. Also, remember you must have a mods folder in Open IV.
5. Now inside “Open IV”, you’ll need to go to mods→update→x64.rpf→dlcpacks→patchday24(newest one)→dlc.rpf→x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf.
6. On the other hand, open the downloaded file and go into “[ELS] LSPD Legacy pack” folder and select any vehicle from the list.
7. For example, select the first one, enter it and drag all the files in it to the open IV opened directory on the left side window.
8. You can do this with all the other vehicles but just keep track of which ones are the slick tops as some also has marked version. VCF’s vehicles have marked versions as well.
9. Again within “Open IV”, you have to go to mods→update→update.rpf→common→data→levels→gta5 and drag the vehicles.meta file from the “Meta Files” folder in the downloaded file.
10. After that, open the GTA V Directory (Open file explorer, select the drive where your steam games are located) then go to ELS > pack_default. Also, you need to open the VCF’s folder and enter it into marked.
11. Now select the POLICE3.xml file from the marked and drag it into pack_default files.
12. You can install most of the cars this way.
