“Faster Waiting” quickens the game’s sleeping and waiting times. You can pick from 1 to 4 hours per second of time passing while you’re sleeping. This mod offers a practical approach to shorten wait periods without changing the basic gameplay.
To install the Faster Waiting mod in Starfield, follow these simple steps:
- First, download the Faster Waiting mod from the Nexus site. (You might need to create an account if you don’t have one).
- After downloading the mod file, you’ll need to paste the contents of the zip file into the Data folder of the Starfield game directory.
Starfield location:
Local Disk (C:) > Users > Documents > My Games > Starfield
Starfield location (Steam):
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starfield\
Note: You’ll have to overwrite the files in case of any duplicate files.
- Open the console in the game (usually by pressing the tilde key ~) and type the following command:
bat wait
Please note that this mod is not persistent in your save, so you’ll need to run the console command every time you start the game.
