In this brief guide, we’ll tell you how to install mods in the cracked version of the ARK.
- Look for a random mod for Spacewar and subscribe to it.
- The mod has been downloaded in the Steam, so we’ll close the Steam application.
- Open the ‘Mod_DL.exe’ file of the ARK Mod downloader and it will ask you to enter the Mod ID you want to download.
- Copy the mod id from the URL of your selected ARK Mod and put it into the textbox.
- The SteamCMD will open and download the mod.
- Now open the Mod_DL.au3 file of the ARK Mod downloader and click ‘OK’ when a pop window shows Done.
- This action will open the location where the mod is stored.
- Copy all the content from the opened directory.
- Now go to the following directory on your PC.
C://Program Files/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/480
- You’ll find a folder from the Spacewar Mod you’ve downloaded. You can identify by matching the ID of the mod you’ve downloaded.
- Delete all files from this folder.
- Now paste the ARK Mod content in this folder.
- Open your Steam client and minimize it. Launch the ARK Survival. You’ll see the name of the Spacewar mod you’ve downloaded, add this mod to the Active Mods section.
