The “More Horns” mod expands the tiefling character customization possibilities by adding more horn options to the character maker. The mod may eventually expand these options to broader body types.
To install the More Horns mod in Baldur’s Gate 3, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: First, download the More Horns mod from the Nexus site. (You might need to create an account if you don’t have one).
Step 2: After downloading the mod file, you’ll need to paste the .pak file into the mods folder which can be found in the Baldur’s Gate game directory.
Baldur Gate Location:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur’s Gate 3\
Step 3: Add the following under the GustavDev node in modsettings.lsx using Notepad.

Step 4: Now open the Baldur’s Gate Mod Manager
Step 5: Now, you’ll have to drag the mod from the right panel to the left. After that, press Save Load Order to File” then press “Export Order to Game”.
That’s it! Your mod is now installed. You can try it out by launching the game.
