In this guide, you will know how to install “TOMMY VERCETTI” In GTA 5.
The first thing you will need to do is download the hd-tommy-vercetti file using the link below.

After downloading the media file, you have to extract it. After that, you have to open the OpenIV Folder in a new tab, as shown in the image below.
Now you have to go to the mods folder in OpenIV and next go to the update folder. Navigate to the x64 folder and then dlc packs folder.
Go back to the downloaded file folder, and open the Player Replaces Michael folder; navigate to the tv folder by following the path below.
You have to copy the tv folder and paste it in the OpenIV dlcpacks folder, as shown in the image below. Make sure to turn on the edit before copying it up.
After that, navigate to the mods folder in OpenIV and navigate to the data folder by following the path below. Scroll down and find the dlclist.xml file.
Right-click on the file, click on the edit option, scroll down to the bottom, and copy the last line. Then paste it under that line, and now you have to double click on the middle word and replace it with tv in lower case alphabets, as shown in the image below.
After that, you have to press the save button, and then your Tommy character from Vice City will be installed, close all the windows and start the game.
Once in the game, you have to change your character to Michael, and there you will have Tommy VERCETTI of Vice City.
So if you want to change the clothes Tommy, you have to go to the meyoo PC first, then go to the Player Option, then wardrobe. Now you will need to scroll down and navigate to the Torso option.
After getting there, you will find out the two options the first one will be type, and the second one will be texture, as shown in the image below.
You have to change the type from zero to fourteenth, and now you will see he will wear his original Vice City shirt.
Now go back and click on the legs option and change the type from zero to twenty-two, and now you will see his original pants from Vice City.
Now go back and select the shoe option and change the type from zero to eleven and after that, you will see Tommy with his original outfit.
