Vice City (2019) is a modification for GTA 5. It will provide you with a set of new features and a whole new vice city experience. This mode features all the legendary structures and locations of Vice City.
- The first thing you will have to do is to open the link below and click on Download.

- Here are all the downloaded folders.
- After that, you will need to open the Grand Theft Auto V directory and create the scripts folder, if it’s not there.
- Open the downloaded NativeUI folder.
- Copy the “NativeUI.dll” file.
- Paste it in the scripts folder.
- Open the downloaded MapEditor folder.
- Copy the files except NativeUI.dll.
- Paste these files in the scripts folder.
- And then open up the “OpenAllineriors” folder.
- Copy the files except readme.
- Paste these files in the Grand Theft Auto V directory.
- Open the downloaded ScriptHookV_1.0.1604.1 folder.
- Then you will have to open the bin folder.
- Copy the files except NativeTrainer.
- Paste these files in the Grand Theft Auto V directory.
- Open the downloaded ScriptHookVDotNet folder.
- And copy the files except LICENSE and README.
- Paste these files in the Grand Theft Auto V directory.
- After that, open the Grand Theft Auto V directory and create a new maps name folder, if there is not one.
- Open the downloaded Populated Vice City [Map Editor] folder.
- And copy the PopulatedViceV file.
- Paste it in the maps folder.
- Open the downloaded Bahamas Mamas Party 1.0 folder.
- Copy the file.
- Paste it in the maps folder.
- Open the downloaded “ViceV_beta01” folder.
- Right click on the ViceV_beta01.oiv file and extract it.
- Open the ViceV_beta01 folder.
- And then open up the content folder.
- Open up the “file” folder.
- And then open the scripts folder.
- Copy the ScriptTest.dll file.
- Paste it in the scripts folder (Grand Theft Auto V directory).
- After that, you will need to open the update folder.
- Then open the x64 folder.
- Then open up the dlcpacks folder.
- Copy the miami folder.
- Open OpenIV, follow the path and then click on (Copy to “mods” folder).
- Follow the path and paste the copied miami folder at this location.
- Follow the path and then click on (Copy to “mods” folder).
- Follow the path and open the data folder.
- Right click on the dlclist.xml file and then navigate to Edit.
- Scroll to the bottom and copy the highlighted text.
- Paste copied text just underneath the highlighted text, change the name to miami and then save the file.
- Follow the path.
- Copy the gta5.meta file and paste it somewhere in the pc at a safe place.
- After that, navigate to the path and delete the common.rpf file.
- Copy the highlighted file and then paste it just at the place of deleted common.rpf file.
- Follow the path and copy the playerinfo.ymt file at a safe place.
- Follow the path and delete the x64.rpf file.
- After that, type gta5.meta in the search bar in OpenIV and then click on search in all archives.
- Right click on the file and then click on Go to file.
- After that, click on (Copy to “mods”) folder.
- Copy the gta5 file that was saved at a safe place.
- And paste it over the opened location in OpenIV.
- After that, you have to type playerinfo.ymt in the search bar in OpenIV and then click on search in all archives.
- Right click on the file and then click on “Go to file”.
- After that, click on (Copy to “mods” folder).
- Copy the playerinfo.ymt file that was saved in the earlier step.
- Paste it over the opened location on OpenIV.
- Launch the game, explore and enjoy.
