To join a club on Xbox, all you need to do is go to the Home button and come to the last option. Here, you can see the Join a club option, navigate to the Explore all clubs. After getting into it, click on the Find a club at the top of the right side corner. Here you can find any club.
You can also join any random group. To join any group, click on it and click on the Request to join. Then the group owner accepts your request, and after that, you are the group member.

You can create a club on Xbox very easily and quickly. All you need to do is go to the Home button and come to the last option. Here you can see the Join a club option. Further, go to the Explore all clubs. After getting into it, click on the Create a club option at the top of the right side corner.
You can create Public, Private, and Hidden clubs. You can choose it according to you. After you have chosen it, you have to click on it and enter the name you want to name your club. After you have done it, click on the Create club option to create it.
You can customize your club. You can change the profile picture, change the color, add a background image, add tags, add a description, and even add games you prefer to play. After you have done customizing the club, then click on the Done option. Afterward, invite your friends to have some members in your club.
