To Level Up in New World, you will need to do as many quests as you can. It is recommended to come into the zone and do all the quests here. After getting into the city, you need to come to the faction board and do the top three faction quests.
There are a lot of other side missions in these areas too, you can do these missions, and they will efficiently increase your experience. Most of these are much easier to do and give you a lot to do at once, as shown in the image below.
Furthermore, go to the Town Project Board, and You have to do all the board missions. There are many missions here which you have to do by traveling. If there’s a mission to take 500 woods, you can even do harvesting or trade through your route. Doing these eventually you will get an experience. When you reach a new level, you will get new quests to do. Once you have all the quests available, then you can do them in a circular route.
