A Dark Oak Boat is both an item and a vehicle entity. Place Boat on the water to use it. Press the “use” button on the Boat to mount it.
To make a Dark Oak Boat, you just need two things that are Dark Oak Wood Logs and Dark Oak Planks. Please follow the following steps to make a Dark Oak Boat.
Dark Oak Logs
In order to make a Dark Oak Boat, the basic item you will need is dark oak wood logs. Find a dark oak tree and use your iron axe to chop down at least two pieces of dark oak wood logs and pick them up. You can find dark oak trees in the roofed forest biome.
Dark Oak Planks
After that you will need to use the crafting table to craft Dark Oak planks. Go towards the crafting table and open up 3*3 crafting grid to add Dark oak logs in the center or any cell of the grid. You will get eight dark oak planks from two wood logs in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add these dark oak planks into inventory.
Dark Oak Boat
Now you can craft a Dark Oak Boat by using the crafting table. Add five dark oak planks on the crafting grid, in the same way as shown in the image below, so that it should make the shape like a Boat. You will get a dark oak Boat in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this Boat in your “ready to use” stock.
