Purple Bed allows the player to sleep through the night and skip to the next dawn, and also reset the player’s spawn point.
In order to make a Purple Bed, you’ll need Sheep Wool, Wood Block, Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Red Dye, Purple Dye, Wood Planks and Purple Wool. Please follow the following steps to make Purple Bed.
Sheep Wool
In order to make a bed, the basic item that you will have to get is wool, so find sheep and get at least three wools out of them. But don’t kill them, just use shears to get the wool.
Wood Block
You will also need to get a block of wood, because wood is also one of the basic items to make a bed. Cut down any tree using your iron axe in order to obtain the wood log.
Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush
Then you will have to find enough poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush to use in a furnace with coal in order to get two Rose Red Dyes.
Lapis Lazuli
The next required item that you need is lapis lazuli. You will have to find and get at least two lapis lazuli gemstones.
Rose Red Dye
Now go towards the crafting table and add poppy or Red Tulip in the center or any cell of 3*3 crafting grid. You will get Rose Red dye in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this red dye in your inventory.
Purple Dye
The next item you need to craft is purple dye. Go back to the crafting table and open up 3*3 crafting grid. Add lapis lazuli stones and rose red dyes in adjacent cells of any row of your choice, you will get purple dyes in the right side box of the crafting table. Bring these purple dyes in your inventory. You need to craft at least three dyes.
Wood Planks
After that, you need to make wooden planks from a wood block that you have collected. Use the crafting table again to add wood block in any cell of 3*3 crafting grid to get wood planks in the right-side box of the crafting table. One wood block will convert into 4 wood planks. Bring these wood planks into inventory.
Purple Wool
Now you need to craft three purple wool by adding three wool and three purple dyes in adjacent cells of any row of 3*3 crafting grid. You will get purple wool in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add these purple wool in your “ready to use” stock.
Purple Bed
Now finally you will be able to make a purple bed using the crafting table. Add three purple wool and three wood planks in adjacent rows, where wool must be in the upper row and planks in the lower row. You will get a purple bed in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this purple bed in your “ready to use” stock.
