Blue shield is used as a protective and defensive tool for players that protects them from the attacks coming from the opponents. For making a Defensive blue shield you need to do some necessary tasks. There are certain things that you’d need to make this shield like woods, Iron ore, Iron Ingot using Furnace, wood planks, shield, sheep wool, lapis lazuli, Blue wool, wood sticks and blue banner. Woods
Equip your iron axe and move towards trees. Chop down any one of them to get two blocks of Raw wood.
Iron ore
Now You will have to find iron ore. Find and get at least one of one iron ore.
Iron Ingot using Furnace
Now you will have to make an iron ingot from iron ore using the furnace. Go towards the furnace and put iron ore with coal in it to get iron ingot. Bring this iron ingot in your inventory.
Wood planks
After that you will have to make wooden planks from wood blocks. Move to the crafting table just next to the furnace and simply convert 2 blocks into 8 planks. Add them in the inventory.
Shield with Iron ingot
Open up 3*3 crafting and then add wooden planks and iron ingot as following the pattern in the image below. Add 2 wooden planks and an iron ingot in the first row where the ingot takes the middle position. Add three wooden planks in the second row and one plank at the middle of the third row.
Sheep Wool
Now you need to find a sheep and get wool out of her by using shears. No need to kill sheep.
Lapis Lazuli
After that you will have to find some lapis lazuli gemstones. you need to find at least six of them.
Blue wool
Go back to the crafting table in order to make blue wool. Use six wools and six lapis lazuli gemstones into 3*3 crafting grid as shown below to craft the blue wool.
Wood sticks
Now you will have to make sticks from the wooden planks. Add 2 planks on the crafting grid and get 4 sticks in the right-side box. Add these sticks into your inventory to use later.
Blue Banner
Open the crafting table and add blue wools and sticks as shown in the following image. The first and second row should consist of three blue wools and the last row only hold a stick in the center of it. You will get a blue banner, bring this into your “ready to use” stock.
Blue Shield
Now finally we can make a blue shield because we have blue banners and crafted wooden and iron ingot shields in our inventory. Simply add shield and blue banner in the middle row of the crafting grid to craft a blue shield. Add it into inventory to use any time.
