Bookshelves serve to enhance enchanting with an enchantment table and it can also be used for decoration.
To make a Bookshelf, you will need Cow Leather, Wood log, Sugarcane, Paper, Book and Wooden Planks. Please follow the following steps to make a Bookshelf.
Cow Leather
In order to make a Bookshelf, find cows and get leathers from them. You will need to kill them to get at least three leathers. Go towards the fields to find and kill them.
Wood Log
After that the next required item that you will need to get is Log of any kind of wood. So chop down any of the trees using your Iron axe. You need to get at least two pieces of wood logs.
Sugarcane
After that you will have to find and get sugar cane. Sugarcane can be found on grass blocks near the bank of the river. You need to get at least nine pieces of sugarcane.
Paper
Now use the crafting table to craft paper. Open up 3*3 crafting grid and add nine sugarcanes in any row, three sugarcanes in each cell of the row. You will get nine papers in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add these papers in your “ready to use” stock. You can use papers to make books.
Book
Now add nine papers and three leathers in 3*3 crafting grid as shown in the image below. You will get three books in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add these books in your “ready to use” stock.
Wood Planks
After that make wood planks from oak wood blocks you have collected. Add two wood blocks in any cell of 3*3 crafting grid and you will get eight wood planks in the right-side box of the crafting table. One wood block will convert into 4 wood planks. Bring these wooden planks into inventory.
Bookshelf
Now you can craft a bookshelf using the crafting table. Add six wood planks and three books in 3*3 crafting grid in the same way as shown in the image below. You will get a Bookshelf in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add it in your “ready to use” stock.
