Chest traps help the players to trap the mobs. If anybody opens the chest trap, he will fall straight into the lava.
In this guide, you will learn how to make Chest Trap/ Entrance in the Minecraft game.
In order to make one, you have to start by digging a block of ground and place an iron block in it. Place a trapped chest box at the top and six more iron blocks at the back side.
Now you have to dig the ground from front and back side in the same way as shown in the following image.
Place two blocks of iron in the dug ground as shown in the image below and add redstone dust at the top. Place a redstone torch at the side of the upper block.
The next thing you will need to do is to place three pistons on the ground as shown in the image below.
Place one iron block on the ride side of two pistons and use redstone dust at the top of it. After this, add a repeater in between the iron blocks and set it to 2 tick delay. Use redstone in between to connect. This will push the pistons forward.
The next thing you need to do is to dig a block under the poston and add a bucket of lava in it. Cover it up with a block of iron.
And then you have to cover all the area by placing iron blocks at the top.
If anybody opens this trap chest, he will fall straight into the lava.
