Purple Leather Cap is a type of safety armor that covers and protects the head of the player. To make a Purple Leather Cap, you’ll need Cow or Horse Leather, Leather Cap, Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Red Dye and Purple Dye. Please follow the following steps to make Purple Leather Cap.
Cow or Horse Leather
In order to make a leather cap, you will have to find cows or horses to get the leather. You will need to kill them to get at least five leathers. Go towards the fields to find and kill them.
Leather Cap
Now you need to make a leather cap. Go towards the crafting table to craft it. Add five leathers in 3*3 crafting grid in the same way as shown in the image below, so that it should make a shape of a cap. After crafting you will find a leather cap in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add it into your “ready to use” stock.
Lapis Lazuli
After that you will have to find and get lapis lazuli gemstone. Use your iron pickaxe to get some stones and use them to make purple dye.
Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush
The next item that you will have to find is poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush to use in the furnace with coal to get Rose Red Dye.
Rose Red Dye
Now go towards the crafting table and add poppy or Red Tulip in the center cell of 3*3 crafting grid. You will get Rose Red dye in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this dye into the inventory.
Purple Dye
The next item you need to craft is purple dye. Add lapis lazuli and rose red dye in adjacent cells of any row of your choice and you will get purple dye in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this purple dye into your inventory.
Purple Leather Cap
Now you can craft a purple leather cap, because you have purple dye and leather cap in your stock. Add leather cap and purple dye in adjacent cells of any row of the grid and you will get a Purple Leather cap in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this item in your “ready to use” stock.
