How To Make Rail Crossing Sign

To make a Rail Crossing Sign, bring the loom out of your inventory and add a red banner and white dye in it. Select the design of the banner to have a new one. 

After this, place two iron bars on the ground and add this new red banner on it as shown in the image below.
