How To Make Red Terracotta

Stained terracotta is one of the craftable blocks in the Minecraft Survival game, these blocks have blast resistance and can be used for decoration.

In order to make Red Terracotta, you will need Clay, Clay Blocks, Terracotta using Furnace, Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush and Rose Red Dye. Please follow the following steps to make Red Terracotta

Raw Clay

In order to make terracotta, the basic item you need is clay. You will have to find and get at least 32 clays. You can find them under the ocean.

Clay Blocks

After that you will have to craft clay blocks from the clays. Go to the crafting table and add 32 clays in four adjacent cells of 3*3 crafting grid, where each cell should contain 8 clays. You will get 8 clay blocks in the right-side box of the crafting table, as 4 clays can make 1 clay block. Add these blocks into your inventory.

Terracotta using Furnace

Move to the furnace in order to make terracotta blocks. Add 8 clay blocks in the top box and coal in the lower box to get 8 terracotta blocks as output in the right-side box to the furnace. Add these terracotta blocks in your inventory.

Poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush

The next thing you need to find is a poppy, Red Tulip or Rose Bush to use in a furnace with coal to get Rose Red Dye.

Rose Red Dye

Go back to the crafting table and add poppy or Red Tulip in the center cell of 3*3 crafting grid. You will get Rose Red dye in the right-side box to the crafting table. Take this dye into your inventory.

Red Terracotta

Now you can craft the Red terracotta. Add Rose Red dye in the center cell and Eight Terracotta blocks in all remaining Eight cells of 3*3 crafting grid as shown in image below. You will get Eight Red Terracotta blocks in the right-side box to the crafting table. Don’t forget to add these into your “ready to use” stock.
