In this guide, you will come to know how to make a “Sensor Door” in Minecraft Pocket Edition. Go through the guide and follow the step-by-step instructions to make it.
To make a sensor door, you first need to have a piston from your inventory and vertically place three pistons. Then place three more pistons from the distance of 4 blocks between them, as shown in the image below.
After that, you have to place a Quartz block on the backside of the middle piston on both sides.
You need to add a Redstone torch under the block on both sides and add red stone dust on the block. It will activate the pistons.
The next thing you will need to do is equip the glass block from your inventory and place it between the pistons’ centre, as shown in the image below.
You need to dig three blocks down next to the first row of the piston and dig to the second row of the piston.
Place a Redstone torch on the second block and do the same to the second row of the pistons.
You have to use the Redstone dust to connect both connections and then add grass blocks to cover the underground connection.
After covering the connection, you need to place pressure plates in front of the glass door right above the Redstone connection, as shown in the image below.
When you walk through the pressure plate, you will see that the door will open automatically, and when you pass through that door, it will close itself.
