This guide will let you know how to make thugs not move in A Universal Time. You will be able to kill those thugs easily.
Step 1:
You have to be outside the thug’s range to do this glitch.
Step 2:
Then use the hollow purple/Blue amplification.
Step 3:
Now they are glitched; you can now kill them with no seat.
They stand there like Akira dummies.
The only con for this glitch is that they don’t spawn back when they go far away. So it’s kind of a problem when you fling them.
