First of all, you have to open the browser on your PC and go to callofduty.com. After reaching the website, click on the log-in button on the top right side of your screen and then go to your name in the top right side of your screen. From the drop-down menu, you need to click on Linked accounts.
Under the account linking, you can see all the other platforms to which you can link your account like battle net, PlayStation, Xbox, etc. You simply have to click on the Link button in front of every platform and then it will link your account with it. By this, you can play the same game with the same load outs on PS and as well as in the Xbox.
