This guide will let you know how to remove tattoos for free in NBA 2022 on PS4. You have to follow the steps in this guide to remove the tattoos.
You will first need to exit the neighbourhood and then go to the main menu. When you get there, you have to go to the My League option, and then click on My GM, as shown in the image below.
It will open up a new tab, and you have to select the unranked tab, then choose the difficulty level and the team.
After that, you will need to set your name and press the Circle button, which will open a new menu, as you can see in the image below. 
Press the R1 button, and then go to the Edit Head option. There, you have to press the triangle button to edit your character head.
When you choose the hair, you will need to click on the Done button, then tap on the Exit button to exit the GM. Go back to the neighbourhood, and you will see that the tattoo is fully removed without paying any VC for it.
