This guide will let you know how to reset all your Xbox Series X audio and sound options. Go through the guide and follow the simple instructions to fix the sound issues.
- You will need to go to settings on the home screen and navigate to the General tab.
- After that, tap on Volume & audio output on the right side.
- Now go to Audio testing & details under the Advanced settings.
You will find which audio format your headset or TV supports. - Tap on Reset audio settings on the right side and then select the Reset option.
It will reset all the options to the default settings.
- Afterward, go back to the General settings and navigate to Advance Options. Turn on “Mute speaker audio when headset attached” and set the “Party chat output” to your headset.
- Next, tap on Chat Mixer to reduce the volume of other Sounds by 80%. Or press the Xbox button and go to the volume options. you can adjust the mixer if you have your headset plugged in.
