The first thing you will need to do is get to level fourteen in the vampire lore skill, and you can do this by purchasing the vampire tomb from a bookcase and then studying it. You have to create a drought reconfiguration at level fourteen to reset all your Sim’s power points.
To make this drink, you will need two garlic, two wolfsbane and two plasma fruit and also need to have a thousand Simoleons. You will need to make sure that if your vampire is brewing the drink, they must have garlic immunity which is a minor power. After that, you have to purchase the garlic seed packet from your game computer, and you will get two pieces of garlic, as shown in the image below.
To find wolfsbane, you need to head over to Forgotten Hollow, located around the central square, and you can easily find wolfsbane there. You will also find some Plasma fruit around this area, so you have to collect them. A higher level of vampire lore will also unlock the ability to purchase plasma fruit from your computer under the secret vampire section.
You need to buy a bar and mix all the ingredients to make the drink. After that, you have to drink it to reset your powerpoints and weaknesses, then you can reallocate the points wherever you want, as shown in the image below.
