How to S Rank Beppi the Clown in Cuphead

This guide will show you how to S Rank Beppi the Clown in Cuphead. 

To S-rank Beppi, you will need to defeat him in less than two minutes and parry three times. You also need to defeat the boss with three health (without getting hit)

Use 6 bars of super and make sure to have your expert level on.

To defeat this boss, you have to use spread and any ranged weapon and make sure that the ranged weapon is equipped as your primary weapon because you’re going to need it initially. Then you have to get the super tube and smoke bomb.

In the first phase, the first and foremost important thing is that you have to keep your

distance from the Beppi. As Beppi will keep rushing back and forth in his car, you may not be able to judge from how far and how long before he charges toward you. 

You have to make sure to jump frequently to kill the ducks as early as they spawn out.

When he rushes, you have to jump and then dash to make sure you steer clear of the car completely.

In the second phase, you have to get three parries to get the S rank and it is relatively easy to get them here because the roller coaster nose is pink and you can parry it. You can get about two parries from the roller coaster nose which means you have to parry one balloon in this phase to get the three parries you need for the S-rank.

You have to keep in mind that the balloons will spawn from the four holes in the pipe,  which is on the left and right of the screen.

You must try to stay in the middle of the screen as much as you can because in the worst case, one of the balloons may spawn right into you while you’re trying to dodge the roller coaster.

And don’t forget to use a bar of super, it doesn’t matter if you hit anything or not. In the third phase, the boss will be very difficult.

In this phase, the boss will either spawn from the right side with a yellow horse or the left side with a green horse.

The green horse will shoot horseshoes with a wavy pattern while the yellow horse will shoot horseshoes in a line pattern and then they all will be dropped from above. 

You can stay underneath the boss and shoot up straight up to him with a spread shot but the thing is the roller coaster. You can shoot him until you see the roller coaster pass through in the background.

Then you have to return to the center of the screen.

In a moment, the roller coaster will approach you while the yellow horseshoes will also be above your head. Now you have to wait until the horseshoes pass by and then the last moment parry the nose of the roller coaster.  

Smoke bomb before you get high enough to be hit by the horseshoes. 

After that, you just have to make your way into the gaps in the horseshoes. 

The next phase is a bit difficult but with invincibility, it can become really easy.

At this moment your super meter should be fully charged.

You have to switch to your spread shot and remain close to the boss until the penguins start to spawn.

Now, wait until the first baseball gets too close to you and then activate your invincibility. 

Then super drop on the floor and start blasting, you don’t have to mind the penguins as they’re going to die anyway when the roller coaster comes back around. You have to be careful of the time left in your invincibility to last.

When you’re on that last card, you need to jump back onto the moving platforms. The roller coasters will take out the penguins and the boss will probably die in seconds.
