This guide will let you know how to set up Nintendo 64 emulator (Project 64).
Download Emulator
First, you have to download the emulator from the following link https://www.pj64-emu.com/. You will have two versions that are Windows version and the Android version. So if you are on Windows, you need to click on “get the project 64 for Windows”. A new page will open up, you need to go to the bottom of the page and click on Save. After downloading, click on “open in a folder”, drag that setup file to your desktop, then open that file and install it on your PC. It will ask you to select the location where you want to install this, you can install it on your hard drive or on your SSD, or on the external hard drive.
Config Graphics Plug-in
You will need to open the Project 64 software, click on Options and then select config your Graphics plug-in. You have to set the Windows resolution to 1380×768, full-screen resolution to your monitor’s native resolution which will be detected by it automatically. Anisotropic and full-screen anti-aliasing should be set to max. After this, click on Apply, and OK.
Controller Set up
For this, you have to go to the options on the top and then click on configure controller plug-in. You can use any type of controller you want. You need to set your N64 buttons according to the button on your controller. After setting this all up, you are ready to load your game.
