First of all, you have to open the browser on your PC and go to callofduty.com. After reaching the website, you have to click on the log-in button on the top right side of your screen. After logging in, go to your name on the top right side of your screen and click on linked accounts from the drop-down menu.
Under the account linking, you will find all the other platforms to which you can unlink your account like battlenet, PlayStation, Xbox, etc. You simply need to click on the Unlink button in front of every platform and it will unlink your account with it. After this, you will be logged out of that platform and you will need to sign in back.
