There are five different locations to find clues, and each clue is connected to the next one. So you have to use the helicopter to go to the locations because it will not take a lot of time to travel. You need to go on the right side of the grid area in the first location, as shown in the map below.

When you find all of the clues, you will get a threatening message from Slasher, so now you have to go on the beachside in an open area and wait for a few minutes, and you will see that a man will come and attack you. So you have to kill Slasher, and when you kill him, you will get fifty thousand game cash and unlock the navy revolver weapon. When you kill twenty civilians with the revolver, and when you kill them, you will get two million.
