This guide will let you know how to switch to Party Chat from Game Chat in Fortnite on PS4, Xbox, PC, Switch, and mobile.
The first thing you will need to do is press the options button from your controller to open up the social menu. Then tap on the voice chat settings option on the top left side, as shown in the image below.
You will see two channels: Party Channel and Game Channel, so you need to select the Game channel option and press X on it to join the game chat. Now you can speak with different players who are playing with you.
If you want to switch back to the party channel, you have to select the party channel and press the X button. You will join back your party channel voice chat, as shown in the image below.
