The first thing you will need to do is pause the game and go to the game on the top. After that, select the upload game save option on the left side of your screen and it will upload your game to the Rockstar game social club. From there, you can download it for your new console.
When you select this, it will give you the option that how many sections of the game you have. You need to select the latest one and then it will be uploaded to the Rockstar social club. You can also choose any part from the list you want to upload.
