First, you have to go to the home page of your PlayStation and navigate to settings at the top right corner of your screen. Click on User and Account and then select Privacy from the left side of your screen. After that, click on View customize your privacy settings.
Now you have to scroll down and come under communication and multiplayer. There, you will find an option who can ask to be your friend you have to set this to no-one then you will not receive any friends requests. After that, set the who can interact to you through parties, messages to no-onr then you will not receive any message from anyone.
Go back and select the adjust privacy settings by choosing a profile option. Then you have to set this to Friends focused.
