First, you have to boot up your game and start playing. While playing, you have to press the Escape button, then go to options, and navigate to the Online tab from the top.
After that, navigate to options again on the left side. On the right side, you have to go down to the Player overhead Display. If you set this to Name, then it will display the player name and if you set this to None, then it will not display the player name.
