To unlink your Xbox account with your Steam account, you need to open your Xbox game bar by pressing the start button with G. If it doesn’t work, you have to open the start menu and click on the Xbox game bar, as shown in the image below.
It will open up a new window, and you have to tap over to the accounts settings from the left menu. You will see all of your linked accounts, so you have to find the Steam account and select the unlink option to unlink your Xbox account from your Steam account.
