You have to go to the home screen of your game and then click on Weapons from the top of your screen. After that, go to load-outs to choose your load-out weapon and then press X on it. Now you need to go to a gunsmith in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Now you have to go to opt-in as it will show you the weapons that are unlocked in opt-in. It will also show you your gun level. To unlock the red dot sight and other attachments, you need to increase the level of your weapon to level 11.
After that, press the touchpad as it will open the platform page and you can see your progress. On this page, you can also see if you level up the selected weapon and which other weapons you can unlock. If you unlock an attachment for this weapon, then the attachment will also be unlocked for the other weapon under this weapon.
