The Perico Pistol is a secret weapon obtainable during the Cayo Perico Heist finale.
To retrieve it, you need a small key that can be looted from a guard found sleeping outside bars and nightclubs in Los Santos.
This random event will appear in any type of session – Public, Invite Only, Crew, etc – and is marked on the map with a blue dot.
You will need to go near one of the spawn areas and keep switching lobbies until it appears. This guide will provide you with 8 known spawn locations of Perico Pistol and also Combat Shotgun.

Once you have found the small key, you will need to play the Cayo Perico Heist finale and unlock the drawer in El Rubio’s office to retrieve the gun.
When you get back to Los Santos, you can claim the Perico Pistol for free at Ammu-Nation.

The Combat Shotgun can be found in El Rubio’s Compound during the Cayo Perico Heist finale. After picking it up, you will be able to buy the weapon at Ammu-Nation.
