1- The first thing you will need to do is go to the Xbox home screen and highlight your Xbox live profile icon. Then you have to press A on your X box controller and a menu will appear on the left side of your screen. You need to use the left analog stick to select the setting on the right corner of that menu and then press A to open the settings.
2- On this settings window, you have to go to the system on the left side of your screen and select Update on the right side of your screen.
