You can use a Rhino Tank for this trophy, which becomes available at Fort Baxter after collecting all 90 hidden packages.
Grab the tank and destroy everything in your path.
From the stats menu, you can track your progress for "Highest Media Attention" (the media attention gained during a single killing spree).
Once you reach the maximum media attention level, "Stuff of Legends" (1800+ points), the trophy will unlock.
If the trophy doesn't pop up immediately, pause the game and the notification should appear.
