The Just Cause 3 save file is inside your user directory. To access it, right-click the icon in your quick bar and select File Explorer -> This PC. Then select Documents and then go to Square Enix. After that, navigate to Just Cause 3, and go to Saves to get your numbers.

How Do I Install the Save File?
