The Legend of Mana save file is inside your user directory. To access it, you have to right-click the icon in your quick bar and select File Explorer -> This PC. Then select Documents -> My Games FF3_Win32, navigate to Legend of Mana, and then go to the Steam folder. You will find a file with a bunch of random numbers inside that folder, that’s your Steam ID.
