Obsidian Farm Guide – Minecraft Bedrock

This guide will let you know how to set up an OBSIDIAN farm in Minecraft Bedrock.

Material List:

You’d need the following items:

64x Blocks

2x Ladders

4x Chests

2x Hoppers

2x Slabs

1x Dispenser

1x Button

1x Rail

1x Hopper Minecart

1x Stair

8x Redstone

1x Comparator

1x Repeater

1x Water Bucket

Follow these steps to make the farm:

Step 1: You have to start by placing 3 blocks next to each other.

Step 2: Place another block on this end.

Step 3: Place a double chest next to the 2-block high pillar.

Step 4: Get yourself two ladders and place them on the 2-block-high pillar.

Step 5: Go to the back of the chest and place a hopper right here.

Step 6: Add 2 blocks in these positions.

Step 7: Go on top of the build and place 2 slabs like this.

Step 8: Place blocks in these positions.

Step 9: Place a rail on top of the hopper by shift-clicking.

Step 10: Place a hopper minecart at the top.

Step 11: Go to the front side of the build.

Step 12: And place a dispenser on the right side here.

Step 13: Place a button on the front side.

Step 14: Go to the opposite side of the dispenser and extend this side by 1 block.

Step 15: Place a stair facing this way.

Step 16: Make sure to also place blocks around the stair.

Step 17: If you placed the stair correctly, you can put water in them.

Step 18: Now go to the back, and place a hopper connected to the dispenser.

Step 19: Place a chest facing this direction at the top of the hopper.

Step 20: Place blocks in these places.

Step 21: You need to make the Redstone part, and it’s really easy.

Step 22: Go to the back and place 3 blocks right here.

Step 23: Get your comparator and place it facing this direction.

Step 24: Also place your repeater facing this direction.

Step 25: You now need to make a way to the dispenser.

Step 26: Place blocks in these places.

Step 27: Make a turn and place blocks like this.

Step 28: Now you simply have to put the Redstone on the blocks.

Step 29: And that’s it now get yourself some lava buckets.

Step 30: Put the lava buckets in the top chest.

Step 31: You can always refill that chest if you need more obsidian.

Step 32: Now go to the front side and click the button to start the machine.

Step 33: The Obsidian will start generating and now you can simply mine it.

Step 34: All the Obsidian and empty buckets will be collected in the lowest chest.

Step 35: For refilling the lava buckets, it is recommended to make a lava farm.
