This guide will let you know how to Mod GTA 5 and complete a Pacific Standard Bank Heist. You will get to know which files are needed to do that.
First, you will need to download the files from the following links.

After downloading the files, you have to open the scripthookv folder, and next go to the bin folder. Copy the first and third files, as shown in the image below.
Now you have to go to the GTA 5 game folder and paste both of the files there.
After that, you will need to go back and open up the scripthookvdotnet folder. Copy the three files as shown in the image below.
Now go to the GTA 5 game folder and paste these three files there.
After that, you have to go back again and open up the PacificStandard folder. Now you have to copy the first three files in that folder.
Navigate to the GTA 5 folder, go to the scripts folder and paste these three files there.
The next thing you will need to do is go to the GTA 5 game, open the map and spot the bank, as shown in the image below.
Mark that location and make your way there. After reaching there, you have to grab the weapon from your inventory and enter into the Pacific Bank.
When you enter the bank, you will see a notification ”press E to begin the robbery”, you have to press the E button, and the robbery will begin. When you go further, you will spot some security guards; you have to kill them.
The bank employee will turn on the security alarm, so you have to be fast and go to the next gate, which is locked. You will need to place a thermal charge on that gate.
And then the door will open and right next to this door, you will find the other locked door which will lead you downstairs. You have to use the thermal charge by pressing the E button.
Open the door and go downstairs, there you will find a blue mark. You have to go there, and the notification will appear ”E to begin the hack”, press the E button to start hacking the device.
After that, you will need to go to the new window and place the moving bars on the straight line with the help of Enter, as shown in the image below.
After completing this, your hack will be completed, and the door of the vault will open. You will find another door in that vault, so again you have to place the thermal charge on that door.
When the door opens, you have to go to the next room, and you will find your cash there. You will get a notification ”press E to grab the cash”, you have to press the E button and tap right-click from the mouse while collecting the cash
Collect all of the cash that is worth 2.5 million Dollars. After that, you have to head back upstairs and leave the bank, and there you will find police outside the bank as it is the wanted level of four-star police. You have to take a car and run away; when the wanted level is zero, your heist will be completed, as shown in the image below.
